The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)<\/a> requires that Campbell University, with certain exceptions, obtain your written consent prior to the disclosure of personally identifiable information from your education records. However, Campbell University may disclose appropriately designated \u201cdirectory information\u201d without written consent, unless you have advised Campbell University to the contrary in accordance with Campbell University procedures.<\/p>\n

If you do not want Campbell University to disclose any or all of the types of information designated below as directory information from your education records without your prior written consent, you must notify the Campbell University Office of the Registrar, J.A. Campbell Administration Building, Post Office Box 367, Buies Creek, NC 27506, in writing by September 1. At any time after restricting the release of your directory information, a student may file a written revocation to authorize the University to release directory information.<\/p>\n
