How to Apply<\/h2>\n

The December 2025 Graduation Ceremony Cycle is CLOSED. The initial deadline to apply was October 13, 2025 and the final deadline to apply was November 21, 2025.\u00a0<\/strong>The next cycle will be for May 2026 and will open in February 2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Special Consideration to Participate Only\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Special consideration to participate only in the graduation ceremony (also known as the 6 Hour Rule) is extended to undergraduate candidates with grade point averages of 2.000 or higher in the major and overall GPAs while being within six (6) semester hours of completing all course and hour requirements. To qualify for this special consideration, candidates must complete a graduation application first and then file a \u2018Request to Participate in Commencement’ form in addition to the Graduation Application<\/strong>. Before the Registrar\u2019s Office can accept this form, it must be signed by the candidate, the candidate\u2019s adviser and the appropriate dean. The form also includes information about the candidate\u2019s plan to complete the missing components.<\/p>\n

Main Campus Undergraduate students please complete the form, with all required signatures and email it to graduation@campbell.edu<\/a>. Adult and Online Education students please complete this form with your respective graduation auditor.\u00a0 Graduate and First Professional students seeking special consideration should contact their program directors. Please Note: This option is only applicable to the May & December Graduation Ceremonies.<\/p>\nRequest to Participate in Commencement: 6 Hour Rule Form<\/a>\n

If you were previously approved to participate under the \u201c6-Hour Rule\u201d or any version thereof, you will need to reapply to graduate and receive your diploma. You do not officially graduate until you reapply.<\/strong><\/p>\n
