Even if it&#8217;s a 10-minute daily walk or stretching session.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Consume adequate amounts of water each day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Practice good sleep habits and routines.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Try to get 15-20 minutes of direct sunlight each day.
