Once a\u00a0Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application<\/a>\u00a0has been submitted to Campbell University, the Department of Education may identify your application for a process called verification. In order for Campbell University\u2019s Office of Financial Aid to determine your eligibility for federal student aid, you must complete the verification process.<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce we have established a partnership with Inceptia<\/a> to expedite the federal verification process for Campbell University. Verification Gateway (VG)<\/strong> from Inceptia is an online portal to guide students and parents through verification.<\/p>\n

If your FAFSA application is selected for verification by the U.S. Department of Education, you will receive an email from VGCS@inceptia.org, or a postcard from Inceptia, containing Campbell University\u2019s unique website link to start the verification process.<\/p>\n

We encourage you to begin the verification process within 7 days of receiving notification from Verification Gateway to ensure you receive your financial aid in time for payments. Failure to complete the verification process could result in the delay or denial of your financial aid.<\/em><\/p>\n

Follow these steps to complete your verification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Access our school\u2019s unique website link in the email from VGCS@inceptia.org or listed below.<\/li>\n
  2. Create your account* and choose preferences for text messages and e-signatures. We highly encourage signing up for text message updates!<\/li>\n
  3. Complete your Task List.<\/li>\n
  4. Confirm your signature and review your information.<\/li>\n
  5. Sign your account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *If you are a dependent student, your parent also needs to create their own account and complete each of these steps.<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong>\u00a0 Inceptia should be your point of contact for any verification questions or if you need further clarification. The Office of Financial Aid will only be notified once your verification is complete. Financial aid awards can only be processed upon completion of verification.<\/p>\n
